  How are you these days? I do a lot of exercise this term. I think doing exercise can help me to keep fit.

  I spend an hour doing sports every day. I play table tennis,basketball and football with my classmates after class. Basketball is my favorite sport and I can play it pretty well now. I think it's a great game to make me happy.
