(1) For those of us who are studying at school, the time of exams is very stressful and difficult. Some people find exam times so bad that they become ill, because they are afraid of failing;they are afraid of letting their parents and teachers down. If exams are really making you ill or worried, don t hide your feelings. Talk to someone about it. Maybe you can speak to a friend,or someone in your fami- ly,or teachers at your place of study. If one person doesn 't help you,ask someone else.
How to get through exams? Here are some advice:
Ask a teacher or tutor about how to review your lessons, and exam skills —how to work when you are in an exam.
Take short rests during your time of work. If your mind is tired,it will not remember well.
Plan your work: study at times when you know you will work at your best.
Get enough sleep, and eat healthy food.
You need exercise to work well. Walk, run or play sport一whatever you enjoy.
Stop thinking about the future and failing.
If you feel ill, talk to someone about your worries. But don't be too relaxed! (2) Some stress over exams makes you work hard for them.
If it upsets you to talk to your friends about an exam when it was finished, don't do it!In fact , don't even think about the exam after you have finished. What has done is done. You cannot change what you have written!
To this advice,we could add:
If you are studying in the evening, don't go straight to bed. Your mind will still be “going round and round”一thinking too much. Do something else, maybe walk or get exercise. Choose something that will relax you,and make you think of other things.

Would you eat a ready meal from the fridge rather than cook by yourself? Have you been doing Internet shopping rather than going to the stores?
A study into how lazy British people has found more than half of the adults are so lazy that they’d catch the lift rather than climb two flights of stairs.
Just over 2, 000 people were quizzed by independent researchers in the Britain's largest health center. The results were very surprising.
About one in six people who were asked said if their control was broken, they would continue watching the same channel rather than get up.
More than one third of those asked said they would not run to catch a bus. Worryingly,of 654 respondents (離婚被告) with children,64% said they were often too tired to play with them.
We know that it's no wonder that one in six children in the UK are very fat before they start school.
Dr Sarah,Dauncey, medical director of the center, said, “People need to get fitter, not just for their own health, but for their families, friends and pets, too.
“If we don't start to take control of this problem,a whole generation will become too unfit to perform even the most basic tasks. ”
And Scotland's largest city,Glasgow, was shamed as the laziest city in the UK,with 75% asked thinking they do not get enough exercise, followed by Birmingham and Southampton, both with 67%.
