In your letter, I learn that your body is bad and you often have a cold. I am so sorry to hear that. I think you should have breakfast in the morning. Or you will be tired all the morning and you cannot listen to lessons carefully. Because breakfast is the most important meal in a day.
Besides, you should eat more vegetables and less meat. You should drink more water and less drink. Thus you can form a healthy diet habit. What’s more, you should spend more time on sports outside not TV or computer.
