An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Well,milk may work in the same way!

Milk is the natural food for mammalian(哺乳動物的)babies.It helps them grow strong because it is rich in protein(蛋白質),calcium(鈣)and vitamins. Milk can also help you sleep better because it calms you down.
