Have you ever had a headache during a test? Have you ever been too worried about something that you have a headache or even can't sleep at night? If so, then you know that stress is.

Stress sometimes can help push you to make full preparation for a test. However, too much stress can result in anger, depression and other related problems, which we need to take serious.
