Difficulties may come with the happiness in our life．I did well in my study all the time before I began to study physics．I thought physics was so difficult and boring that I had so many problems to learn it well．I nearly wanted to give it up．
I talked about my problems to my teachers．He gave me some advice to improve my study．I also got some help from my classmates after class．I rebuilt my confidence by chatting with my parents，reading，enjoying the music and doing sports．I was not afraid of physics any more and made great progress after that．
