     My name is Li Ming. I'm a middle school student of China. On April 9 you said that goods from China
were junk and the Chinese were a bunch of goons and thuds on CNN when the torch relay was in San
Francisco. I, as well as the whole Chinese nation, am very angry with what you said and feel deeply hurt
by your words! You must take bake what you said. You must opologize to the Chinese people!
     Let me tell you the truth. The Chinese people are friendly, kind and tolerant. They love peace, obey the
laws, work as hard as possible, develop by depending on their own and are always ready to help the others.
They are leading a happy life and enjoying full freedom of speech.
     Located in the southwest of China, Tibet has been part of China since ancient times. It's one of China's
five Autonomous Regions. It has an area of 1.23 million km2 and has a population of 2.8 million people. It
has been developing rapidly in recent years. Its GDP in 2007 reached 34.2 billion yuan. The people there
receive good education and medical care. 
    The 29th Olympic Games will be held in Beijing from August 8 to 24. You are welcome to China to watch
