A man lived in a tall building in the city of Moscow. As it was very quiet , he enjoyed living there. But there was one problem : the man upstairs(樓上).
The man upstairs went to work very early and came back late. He always took off his shoes and threw them on the floor. Bang! One shoe. Bang! The other shoe. At that time the man downstairs (樓下) was trying to get to sleep, but he found it very difficult.

When you are asleep, your brain stores memory. Not enough sleep can cause problems with storing information. And being tired will also stop you from being able to think clearly and well.
In order to keep your mind on your work, you must be free from worry. Generally keeping fit and normal health checks are both important as well-not just for improving your memory.
