Dear editor,

Last Sunday, when I went shopping with my mother, I saw a few boys were making fun of a beggar, a disabled boy. I went up to stop them, then I asked the disabled boy for some information and gave him five yuan.

Nowadays, some children and even young people don’t respect or care for the disabled. On the contrary, they laugh at disabled people for fun and hurt their self-esteem.

Personally, it is an impolite and even immoral thing to do so. I hope the whole society will condemn such sorts of behavior and help them kind-heartedly. Only in this way can our society be more beautiful. Do you agree with me?
